MALCOLM SMALL JOINS CICERO CONSULTING

Cicero Consulting, the UK’s number 1 financial services public policy consultancy, has appointed Malcolm Small to join its London-based team.

Small, who joins Cicero as an associate director, currently also holds the position of Chair of the Investment and Life Assurance Group. He has specialised in all aspects of management in financial services for the past 15 years, and more recently has focused on the regulatory, technical and operational aspects of pensions. Small has a strong presence in public affairs and public policy work as a regular speaker and author on industry topics.
